Formed by the Paulista Football Federation and the University of Football, with the support of LaLiga Business School, this training program focuses on developing strategic skills in sports management.A systemic and reflective approach to football, encouraging the creation of strategies and processes that integrate both the competitive aspect, inherent to the game on the field, and the cooperative aspect, essential to strengthening football as an economically and socially relevant sector.
This training provided an in-depth understanding of the challenges and opportunities in managing sports clubs and organizations, consolidating a contemporary view of football as an industry, culture, and instrument of social transformation.
